1. Handloom Product Authenticity & Variations
Due to the handcrafted nature of artisanal Indian handlooms, slight variations in zari shading, motif placement, and dye intensity are inherent qualities of genuine artisanal production and are not considered manufacturing defects.
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on Pankhudee are in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
3. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
