We offer Complimentary Express Shipping on all prepaid domestic orders above ₹2,499. For orders below ₹2,499, a flat nominal delivery fee of ₹149 is applied at checkout.

Every Pankhudee saree and kurti undergoes a rigorous quality check and is delicately hand-folded with acid-free tissue in our signature muslin bag.

• Standard In-Stock Ensembles: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Handloom & Kadwa Banarasi Weaves: Dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Delhi NCR & Major Metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 2 to 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 business days.
• North East & Special Regions: 5 to 7 business days.

4. Courier Partners & Tracking

We partner exclusively with verified tier-1 logistics providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC via Shiprocket. You will receive real-time SMS and email updates containing your live tracking AWB reference as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for serviceable Indian postal PIN codes for orders up to ₹10,000. Please have the exact payment amount ready upon delivery.
